To make your room reservation, please contact the Hassayampa Inn at 800-322-1927 or 928-778-9434 then press #1. Calls should be made Monday – Saturday: 8 am to 5 pm or Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm (MT).
Be sure to let the reservation staff know that you’re with the Arizona Propane Gas Association. The guest room rate for our event is $129.00 and the suite room rate is $169.00 per night + tax. Reservations must be received by the cut-off date of July 27, 2026.
